hey peoples...sorry i haven't posted in forever...i'm sure you've already noticed that i'm really bad about these things...anyways, i'm really glad that we have break, because i've been super exhausted and busy with school and extracurricular stuff. today was my half birthday, and i got a drivers ed application form today...i'm really excited, even though i know its going to be boring. in gym today, i told my friend that it'd be funny if she slipped on the gravel outside (there's gravel right outside the track/football field and on the sidewalk. on the ramp on the sidewalk, there's a lot of gravel there and i slip on it all the time) and that's exactly what she did, not even five seconds later. i don't know how that happened but it was really funny how i managed to say that and she did exactly that. this week, i'm going to the library to meet a friend who's going to teach me how to knit; i'm going to my 'aunt's' house for Thanksgiving instead of having it here, because we normally have to feed an army and we want to take a break; i might be hanging out with some friends, but we haven't talked about it...that's about it for this week. i watched the original "To Kill a Mockingbird", the black-and-white one. it was pretty good and a lot of scenes were cut, but it was good. i thought it was more entertaining than the book...for some reason, the book doesn't really interest me or capture my attention...the American Music Awards were last night but i didn't get to watch them. i found out (from my friends with Bieber Fever) that JB won like 4 awards and i'm happy for him but don't really like him...on saturday, i went to my friend's concert and it wasn't that big, but they had food and (obviously) music, which was really good, and my feet hurt from standing and whatnot but i had a lot of fun :) i even got a demo cd!!! the bands were: The Cambodian Godchild, The Mosquito Legs (i went to see this band--music choices were amazing: AC/DC, blink-182, Greenday), The Tunnelers, and The Graffiti Monkeys. I went on a field trip on friday to the McKimmons Center on the NCSU campus and saw friends that go to other schools, so i was really happy. we spent most of 1st, entire 2nd and 3rd, and most of 4th period away. we went to mickeyDs for lunch and our class almost took up all the tables in the playgroud section...it was funny because we're all sitting in a children's playground, eating, getting up and getting more food, and walking back into the kids' section. some of my classmates even went onto the equiptment, and we got stares. when we all walked in, there were 4 lines, and within 2 minutes, every line was filled with our class, student after student after student...it was really funny :) i tried a caramel mocha that day...it was really good :) That's all for now...I'll try to let you know if anything else comes up. PS. I'm most likely going to be making gingerbread cookies for the first time in december with my friends, and i recently found out that i'll be spending winter break up in nj with my dad (dec25-jan2), with a day to spare before school starts again. i'm excited! bubi :)
