Imaginary Enemy by Julie Gonzalez. This book is about Jane White, a smart mouthed girl who is proud of her slackerism. Since second grade, Jane has been writing letters to her imaginary enemy, Bubba (short for Beelzebub). Now she's a teenager and her problems grow. Then the impossible happens, Bubba writes back. How can someone who does not exist write back? What does this mean for Jane? Is it the stress, or could she actually be going insane???
I really love this book, it's one of my new favorites and the characters are fantastic. I hope you love it!
Waiting for You by Susane Colasanti. Marisa is a sophmore in high school and is ready for a fresh start. To make this year perfect, all she needs is the perfect boyfriend. There are three guys, all she needs to do is find the right one. Derek, the seemingly perfect all American guy who Marisa has always had a crush on. There is Nash, Marisa's geeky neighbor who was her childhood friend and now wants to take it to the next level. Then there is the anonymous DJ who's pod casts have her school riveted. As Marisa's life starts to fall apart, her parents separating and her best friend mad at her, the only one who seems to understands her is a person she does not even know- or does she?
I really like this author, her books are emotional, funny and romantic. I hope you enjoy!!!

Hey guys! This is Twilighterr blogging :) My books of the month are Romiette and Julio by Sharon M. Draper and Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. I (and Wolfgirl) read this book 2 years ago in school and I loved it. I got tons of B&N giftcards for Christmas and when I saw it, I bought it right away--I highly recommend it!! And if you don't like to read books with sad endings, don't worry because even though this may be the modern-day Romeo and Juliet, there is a happy ending :) As for Percy Jackson, I saw the movie when it came out and I liked it so I figured the books would be way better. I just started the first one and I like it a lot (I LOVE Greek mythology!!!!!!) :)
