Hey guys! Sorry I promise to post but I never do...It's a new school year though, and I'm going to try my best to post as often as I can. Since I didn't post when I promised Wolfgirl, I'll do it now and fill you in on what did, what is, and what will go on:
--On the 23rd, Chibs, RuRu and I all met at Wolfgirl's house and we had a paint-splattering party. It was tons of fun and our art looked awesome! So did our shirts and pants. After we finished painting our poster boards, Wolfgirl started slapping people with painted hands, and by the time we left, we were all covered in paint, head to toe. Literally. It took me about 2 days to wash the paint flecks out of my hair. I suggested that next time, we should actually paint-splatter shirts. Anyways, it was tons of fun, and it will be done again!
--On the 25th, we woke up early and Wolfgirl, RuRu and I were texting each other, wishing eachother good luck and I ordered them to "kick high school a*s!" (please excuse the French :) Turns out that Wolfgirl's first day sucked, RuRu left her map at home and had to get a new one as soon as she got to school, and I got lost trying to find my 4th period class (luckily, I wasn't late!). Every day has been getting better for all of us, and I've even made friends. I also "reunited" myself with classmates I haven't seen since 2nd and 3rd grade. Also, for some reason, some freshman think that now, because they're in HS, they're too good to talk to their friends and 8th grade classmates. If you ask me, I think that's stupid, because being in HS doesn't make you better than anybody else. But, I don't care, because I know I'll make lots of new friends :) (but none of them will ever compare to the friends I have now :] )
--My teachers are all really nice. Mr. J, my English teach is really funny and nice. He's already given us our 1st writing assignment, which is due tomorrow. It's basically an auto-biography. My gym teach Mr. I is really funny and reminds me of Coach S. from Reedy Creek. My math teach Mrs. L is cool but she gives us notes every day, a quiz everyday on the notes from the previous day and a test every week. but it's not that hard because the material is pretty easy. My 4th period teach Mrs. K is really funny and apparently, I know her daughter. Her class (housing and interiors) is a lot of fun, and our class discussions are really fun, too.
--The weekend of the 20th, my mom's friend from NY came down with her 3 kids (16,12,11) (I think I told you all of that) and we had tons of fun! We exchanged numbers and we talk a lot now. :]
--My friend left for Jamaica today because he starts boarding school in about 2 weeks.
I have finished my 1st writing assignment for English Honors, and since I have nothing better to do, I'm going to pick out my outfit for tomorrow, and then continue Angels and Demons by Dan Brown (FANTASTIC book, btw.) Tata!
