hey guys!! sorry i couldn't post earlier but ive been so busy for the past week or so that i havent had the time. this past weekend, i went to new york for memorial day weekend. i went to central park, central park zoo, the empire state builiding (again :] ) and Fifth Avenue, the biggest fashion place in the world, apparently. I saw Gucci, Prada, Coach, the famous pen store, where pens are like $150+, Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, and a whole bunch of other brand name stores. I even got to go into Tiffany's, and it's 5 floors tall, with men in the elevator (elevator men) and the guy that tended to my mom and I was really nice, and funny, and my mom bought a ring. its really simple but she's been wanting it for almost a year, and she took the last one, the one on display, for less than $200, so she was uber happy about that.
today, my class and i preformed A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare in front of the whole eighth grade--I was fine up until we had to go up on stage (my group was the last, Act V (5) ). it was a lot of fun though, and even though i momentarily forgot one of my lines, i still had fun. i had at least 5 layers of eyeshadow, because my teacher kept saying that it wasn't dark enough, 3 layers of blush, and i had to reapply my red lipstick about 3 times, and I had to put on eyeliner about 4 times, because my eyes kept watering (i was tired and kept yawning), so i was caked with makeup and had to go home like that. most of us looked like clowns--it was really funny, though.
tomorrow i have the math EOC for Algebra, and im nervous; just hoping i do well and dont forget any vital notes or anything of the sort. gotta go--uploading music to my computer (as i told you before, all my music was wiped) and i have to do chores, so bubi!! i'll post tomorrow :)
